Jerica has been welcoming clients and their pets to Olde Naples Animal Wellness Center since 2021. With nearly two decades of experience in animal care, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for helping both pets and the people who love them.
She began her career at just 16 years old, working in kennels before expanding into veterinary assisting, shelter medicine, and rescue work. Along the way, she volunteered with spay and neuter programs, helped maintain adoptable pet listings, served on the board of a growing animal rescue organization in Illinois, and managed a dog daycare and boarding facility. After moving to Florida in 2013, she spent eight years as a Reception Manager at a local veterinary hospital before joining the Olde Naples team.
Jerica’s love of animals began when she received her first rabbit, Thumper, at five years old. Today, she shares her home with two beloved dogs: Myles, a seven-year-old Pug, and Lilly, a five-year-old Pug/Boston Terrier mix. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and pups, as well as traveling whenever she has the opportunity.
