Dr. Anne Lozynski

Her love of veterinary medicine began at the age of 8, when she observed her family veterinarian perform surgery. She grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee. She attended high school at the University Lake School in Hartland, Wisconsin. She attended only 3 years of undergraduate studies at Carroll College in Waukesha, Wisconsin and was accepted to the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine.

She graduated from Veterinary School in 2001. After enduring 25 Wisconsin winters, Dr. Lozynski was eager to move to a warmer climate with plenty of sunshine and palm trees! She moved to Santa Cruz, California where she completed a one year rotating internship at a 24 hour multi-specialty practice.

In 2002, she moved to Naples to work at the Emergency Pet Hospital of Collier County. There, she gained over 7 years of experience with emergency medicine and surgery and enjoyed the busy, fast paced, challenging environment. Since 2009, she has performed greater than 4000 surgeries on multiple species of animals for nonprofit organizations and numerous private practices in Collier and Lee Counties with a minimal complication rate. Her surgical experience includes procedures on dogs and cats as well as birds, rabbits and ferrets. She has also worked at numerous practices as a relief veterinarian throughout Collier and Lee Counties in the past 9 years. In addition to soft tissue surgery and emergency medicine, her additional professional interests include dentistry and internal medicine.

Dr. Lozynski enjoys singing, baking, cooking and running. She has completed 2 marathons and is planning to run another in October 2015. She is currently a member of the Philharmonic Chorus. She has two dogs, Marnier, and 2 cats named Daisy and Eiffel.
